• Remote Coding Manager: The remote coding manager will work directly under the Vice President of Coding/Compliance and Vice President of Operations.  Successful candidate will have at a minimum an RHIA, RHIT and/or CCS credential. Additional AAPC credentials are a plus. Candidate must have excellent inpatient and outpatient coding skills and be willing to sit for ICD-10 training program if not already trained. Five (5) years of experience managing a remote coding staff with the ability to perform coding audits.

• Remote Inpatient and Outpatient HIM Coders: We are searching for highly-experienced, credentialed Remote Inpatient and Outpatient Coders. Part-time and full-time remote coding opportunities available. Must have excellent computer skills. Secure high speed internet access required. Must have RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS with at least five (5) years of coding experience.

• Remote Certified Tumor Registrars: In Record Time is also seeking Remote Certified Tumor Registrars with 3-5 years of experience.  High speed internet access required.  Successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of all aspects of oncology data management and compliance. A CTR credential is required.
